Demenex Plant Hire (London) Ltd commenced trading in 1983 from our present 3-acre site at Bow in East London.

Our depot operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to cater mainly for the utility services of the Construction Industry, within the London M25 area & Home Counties. All operated / non operated plant can be despatched to Site within 30 minutes of your call at any time, day or night. 

We can normally have equipment to your site with 90 minutes of your call at any time. We can provide nationwide coverage with 24 hours notification.

We are aware that we trade in a highly competitive market where time is a precious commodity. To this end, in order to minimise down time caused by mechanical failure, all our equipment is under 24 months old.

All our items of plant can be hired with or without a C.I.T.B. / C.P.C.S. trained operator. Where the requirment is for Rail Works, we can also provide P.T.A. certified operators. Most of our operators have been in our employment for at least 8 years - and some have been with us since the outset of the company in 1983.

We recognise and appreciate that, ‘a chain is only as strong as the weakest link’ and that a business is only as good as its personnel. In response to this, Demenex have created its own purpose built training centre. (See  Ireland site). Construction equipment training and certification is also available in London.
