Meridian Developments commenced trading in 2002 and from that time we have been involved with Design and Build Projects throughout the UK & Ireland. We have found that many of our Clients value this 'One Stop Shop' hands on approach, from conception to completion of the project.
More recently we have been involved with developments, whereby a Company within our parent holding Company is also the Client.
Our most recent in house project has been in the new Lisduff Industrial Park, located adjacent to the already successful and long established , Carnbane Industrial Estate, located on the outskirts of Newry City, Northern Ireland.
This recent development of 60,000 sq feet of Industrial space was made up of a light industrial / retail units ranged from 1500 to 10,000 square feet. Upon their release, 85% of the premises were let within just 3 months of coming to the market.
We believe that this was due to the high specification of the units together with an eye to detail coupled the huge volume of space allowable for parking, was a principal reason behind the success of the venture..
Another huge factor was that the Park itself had excellent access to the main A1 road, connecting Dublin & Belfast. More recently the new M1 route connecting Beechill & The Clougue Roundabout, will run within half a mile of the Park.
